Elsa from Disney Accessory

I started on this Elsa cape but didn’t get around to finishing it. It’s missing hooks to attach to the actual dress. I used sparkly glue and a TON of glitter to create the snowflakes and pattern. The dry glue is a tad sticky on the other side. It looks white in the photos but it is a gradient from white to pale baby blue. Hand dyed Hoping it’ll go to someone who will use it Available for pick up at WCC
