How to pack and label your items before bringing them to the con
QR Code Labels
Each item has a unique QR code associated with it. At the event, buyers will scan this code to buy the item without shipping fees. This process also allows the payment to go to your account directly.
To access the QR codes, head to your profile, and click 'Get QR Codes for con'. Print this page and cut out each QR code.
On Mac, in Safari, choose File > Print. You can print to a connected printer directly, or save as PDF for later.
On Windows, in Google Chrome or Firefox, use CTRL + P to open the print dialogue. You can print to a connected printer directly, or save as PDF for later.
On iPhone, find the share menu and then tap Print.
On Android, find the share menu and then tap Print.

👉 Please print out the QR codes for each item and store each code with the corresponding item.
For smaller items
For smaller items, like accessories or wigs, use a clear bag that can be secured, like zip lock bags, to store your item. Make sure that all of the parts are together inside the same bag. Buyers may pick up the items and examine them.
Insert the corresponding QR code into the same bag, with the code facing outwards.
Do not tape the QR code on top of the bag, as the code may not scan properly. If you must tape the QR code, try only tape around the code, not covering it.
👉 Store your small items in a clear zip lock bag along with its corresponding QR code.
For costumes
Costumes can be brought in with hangers so that they can be displayed on racks. Make sure all loose items are attached securely.
If you need to, you can also store each costume in a clear bag with all its parts and its corresponding QR code facing outwards.
Buyers may pick up the items, take them off their hangers, and try them on. Make sure all parts are attached and do not come apart easily.

For props and larger items
Please print your QR codes to bring with you. We will help you label the item at the event. Please do not tape or otherwise secure the code to your item.
