Lio Fotia from Promare Costume

worn once at a con, he's in great shape but is just too small for me now. a miccostumes M with a cosplay.fm tag. includes everything pictured, and if i can find his jabot/cravat thingy, i will gladly throw it in there. it also includes his weird half-gloves even though i forgot to take a picture of them. i can also include an arda wig in his special color, with the ends colored by pink and blue hair chalk to look more like the lighting in the movie for about $30!
