Raphtalia cosplay from The Rising of the Shield Hero for sale by Size Asian XL. Bought this from another seller for $80, but it turned out to be too big on me. I only ever tried out the underdress and tunic. Comes with white underdress, tunic, gloves, leg covers, metallic silver bands, belt, neck ribbon, and armor. The right glove has a small phone slit on the index finger.
