Vanessa/Ursula from The Little Mermaid Costume

It sucks that I have to do this but I got my Vanessa Dress in and the top does not fit me so I am going to have to sell it. It's an untagged Secret Honey I got through Hana Castle store and was only taken out long enough for me to try on. I have included their size chart, but I suggest being smaller than the max measurements. The lighting doesn't do it justice. It is so beautiful. I just want what I paid for it.
