I bought this Snow Miku 2017 off of Amazon, it doesn't fit me as I wanted it to. Cosplay has only been worn once to try it on. Cosplay is an XL, but it fits more like a Medium. Cosplay is made out of Chiffon. The accessories are made out of craft foam, to my knowledge there is no missing accessories. Measurements from Amazon and from myself So this was the measurements off the Amazon listing: XL: Fit for Height: 165-170, Chest:96-106 cm, Waist: 75-82cm. Length of the dress is about 28 inches The chest width is about 37 inches There are the two hair clips, the garter belt, the choker, hair clip, gloves, and earrings. WIG IS NOT INCLUDED.
