This project was made by creating a full body dummy of the Actor to build on and then patterning the deferent types of armor the chest alone was created by cutting ea. scale apart separately an put back together after modeling ea edge. the helm was made from a casting of the actors head to work on then repatterned to make the helm form fitting. It is a total of a 1/2 thick. All armor parts are coated in a rubberized plastic making it more durable. exterior patterns were made from all armor pieces to cover them and give more movement when worn all belts are Velcroed in place to accommodate the unique design of this suit. The undersuit was made by another seamstress based on my design so all the parts would fit together. Boots, Boot covers and shield were Purchased Products. A project of this complexity takes about 8 to 10 weeks
