Sailor Saturn

This is probably my 3rd attempt trying to make a sailor senshi costume in my career~ The first one was many years back so let's not go there~ Second attempt was also a failure on certain~

And glad I finally made a satisfy sailor senshi costume after so many years~ Well tbh is also dues to this one don't have the 1st generation spongy sleeve and belt~

The skirt was done with a 270 circle round skirt with soft pleats instead of the OG hard pleats~ So it will flow softer~
