Deedlit

Worn by SpacePatrolZoey (Twitter). Sword printed with Dangerous Ladies stl files, dress sewn with MadeWithMaridah patterns. I made the armor from scratch, using a Kamui Cosplay pattern as a reference point for the breastplate. This costume was made in 3 days as a rush job (hence the unpainted underside of the pauldrons). The cape is attached to the back of the pauldrons to achieve the wide look it has on her official art (from the 90s anime, not the game) and the pauldrons each have a foam dowel near the top of the shoulder to prop them up, also to match the art. The pauldrons are made with 2mm EVA foam, reinforced with thermoplastic for shape. The breastplate gold detailing is also EVA foam dowels.
